Need your expert advise on this...

I signed hlb semi flexi house loan before mco with rate 4.2%, the unit just vp recently and existing rate is 3.95% but the payment amount does not revised, i called to cs and they said the amount is not revised because only that i can settle the loan on the time

i though the amount shud be revise when the rate is change ?? quite confuse now

4.2% (when sign loan): 2148
3.95 (now) : 2080

hi sifus, i wanna get a thinkpad L15 gen2 for parent but not so sure whether should i get Premier Support as im not around with my parents so i can ask lenovo to onsite to check/replace if there is any issues(touch wood)

hi sifus, im currently working in pj and not local here, looking to change tyre for my vios to continental uc6 195/55R15, can recommend shops?

the more i read from google reviews the more i dun dare to go

cheapest i found from shopee for rm200/pc, lim tayar rm232, some shop up to rm260

there is a shop offer rm230 for xm2+ but not as comfort as uc6 right? since im just use it generally and not much complain on stock cc5

1. can wall switch china set use in MY? since the products are limited by region/server
and which version should i buy?

maintain / replenish white color car

hi all, i got a white color vios, age 3.5 years, no coating, just regular wax once per 1~2 months

current paint like this, not sure why the paint will easy dirty like this even with waxing, any way to protect from this except coating ? dont want spend so much to maintain it so i choose do waxing regularly to protect it but seems doesnt help much, any suggestions ?

2. can put washing machine at balcony? it is designed place to put aircond compressor
3. can put cooker at yard?
4. can install window at yard?

i checked agreement, no mention yard, only balcony cant put clothes

1. Platinum Arena by Platinum Victory[U]
leasehold, 3room, 2 carpark

2. Aspen Green by UOA[U]
freehold, 2room, 1 carpark

3. M Oscar by Mah Sing[U]
freehold, 2room, 2 carpark

for now opt1 seems tempting even is leasehold, monthly repayment around +100 than opt2 and 3, suggestions...?
