Anyone ever file the complain to Malaysian Bar before?

my lawyer do not know how to do the job. so, i'm planning to get someone from Malaysian bar to issue them another bachelor degree.

i'm selling the house but its almost 2 years still not settle yet.

Hey friends,
Pls flood me with your opinion. I really need some thought from you guys.

I'm selling my house. The process already start since mid of last year. Till now my buyer already start pay his payment to bank. But I havent received money from Bank.

The lawyer give so many excuses, super slow. so many excuses and slow movement. such as document missing and bank hold the payment.

Anyone have any idea to who should I report my case so that the lawyer will get best lesson in life. i paid all lawyer fee last year in sept.

crazy slow.

Budget 2019: Special voluntary disclosure Tax

About the Individual income tax program that announce in BUdget 2019 as below:

"The government will commence a "special voluntary disclosure" programme for parties with previously undeclared incomes.

For declarations made from tomorrow until March 31, Lim says taxpayers will only have to pay a 10% penalty from the total undeclared income.

Declarations made from April 1 to June 30 will incur a 15% penalty, while those made after the programme ends on June 30 will be slapped with a penalty of between 80% to 300% as provided for under the law."

I have declared wrongly my income for past few years, so recently LHDN chased and sent me letter to pay the differences. The amount quite big. I didn't included my bonus in e-borang, i only put normal income in E-borang.

Do you think my case include in this program?
