I recently saw the HotToys figure of Jill Valentine and decided to buy it.....

after a few hours i found out that the rubbery areas of the figure are easily smeared and dirtied as I have not much experience with it and because of its delicate and fragile I don't want to do anything that would make it worse.....

anyone with experience care to share on how to take care of it and also cleaning it??

thank you...

couldn't find any guides anywhere or in lowyat.net as well
Rippetoe? Unbalanced Strength? Lost?

I have just started the gym a week ago and went for Body Pump~ killed myself there.....

anyways I have been surveying some thread here and am a little lost.....seen some programs are for beginners and all in lowyat but didn't have enough information that I need for my own muscle growth.....

I have been going to Fitness First and with the 2 FREE personal training sessions have found out that there is a HUGE difference in both my left and right arm.....left being weaker than right.....and that goes for my legs as well. Balancing both arms and legs strength is more of a priority if I am to do the Barbell workouts right?

I am asking if I should start doing the Rippetoe's Starting Strength Workouts because all of it are barbells so my right arms tend to help my left.....so should I go for the machines 1st and not free weight workouts as I might risk injuring myself if my techniques aren't right?? A lot of times is when I am doing the techniques wrongly but there is no one to help out on it.....

My stats:
age: 22
height: 179 cm
weight: 71 kg
fat mass: 19.8%
target: gain 3kg of lean muscle in 3-6 months
(sorry, I just don't remember some of the numbers)

My bench presses is only 20+20=40 and that is kinda like the limit.....Therefore I would like to ask some opinions or advices in here as I was recommended by lunatizm69 about this forum

1 of my friend who started FF went to mostly the cardio classes like Body Pump and Body Combat.....from the start till now which is in about 1 year period. Does that work well??

I don't want to simply bum here and there and go for trails and errors.....and therefore risking of being injured along the way.....sorry if I offended someone in here.....
I just didn't really use the search engine on lowyat because I don't know what keywords to search for.

Thank you all for your advice in advance.....hope I will go from being a skrawny monkey and become a strong gorilla..... lolz

Proxying IP address

Is there any possibility to proxy an IP address to a foreign country IP address?

I have been playing my XBOX 360 and found out that it has been improved by the new System Update that XBOX LIVE will check for your console's IP address and determine your real Locale instead of the Locale that you pick in the XBOX 360 Locale.

That made me impossible to download some content from XBOX LIVE including the Gears of War Multiplayer Map Pack 1 which by now everyone who own an XBOX 360 would have and made me getting kicked out once the map is being played

need some help!

Thx

After the May 2007 patch some of the downloadable content from XBOX LIVE aren't downloadable anymore and when I message Microsoft about it, they say that the XBOX LIVE checks the console's IP address during login so if I am not logged in from a valid Locale I wouldn't been able to download them.

I had this problem when I started trying to download GoW(Gears of War) Multiplayer Map Pack 1, the free one.

Is there a possibility of Proxying your IP during connection to fool the XBOX LIVE?
or the only solution is going all the way to Singapore just to download the map?

need help!
