Celcom Pre-paid Reload Gift Card

Hi All,

Due to some odd circumstances, I somehow managed to lay my hands on a Celcom Pre-paid reload virtual gift card....which I thought could be used to reload my Digi Pre-paid (since celcom and digi merged?). But sadly, it wasn't in a PIN format and it didn't work when I keyed in my digi phone number to try (it only accepts a celcom pre-paid number ).

Welp.....Long story short,

This gift card is gonna expire soon, 28th April 2025, and since I can't use it, might as well gift it to someone who can. No point letting it expire/go unclaimed right?

So......any lowyat forumers' who uses a Celcom Pre-paid number? If you want, I can give you the link to the gift card and you can claim the RM 15 reload yourself.

As far as I know, once you go to the link, there's a "Click to Redeem" button, then you just click it and key in your mobile phone number and that's it. The reload should be credited to you soon afterwards, I believe.

Kindly leave a post in this thread if you want the gift card and I will pm you the link.

The virtual gift card is from wogi.gifts.....in case you were wondering if this is/isn't a scam.

Dear Admin/mods, if this is the wrong place to open this kind of thread, kindly let me know. Just didn't wanna let the gift card go to waste.

Update:
I gave the link to alpha via pm and he tried using it. However, he reported back to me that the reload didn't work. It failed for him.

Quite frankly, I'm also not sure what went wrong. For I was told explicitly that the gift card only works for celcom prepaid numbers.

Bottom line, it didn't work for him. (I'm sorry to have wasted his time.)

After taking a look at the virtual gift card a few hours later, its status changed. Guess he managed to redeem it after all. Nice.

[WTA]Difference between these two extension

Just went to Mr. DIY the other day and saw these two kinds of extension trailing sockets.

If I recall correctly, this one was about RM36? at the retail store.

As far as I can tell, from visual inspection, they are almost the same.

Both of them are 4-way
Both of them have 5m cord length.
Both of the cords appear to be the same type of wire, 1.25mm2 x 3 and from the same maker as far as I could tell.
Both are labelled 13A, 250V AC Max.

The only difference was that the more expensive one had labelled its wire as "heavy duty extension cable" and max load 3000W, but the cheaper one did not have either of it in the labeling.

So what warrants the price difference? Has anyone taken apart the both of them to see if there is any difference internally?

Hi all,

Ever since our dear YB announced the MSAP price reduction thingy, I've been prowling this sub-forum for the latest updates. However up until now, nothing much has been done to relieve Streamyx users yet. And from what I've seen posted, the pricing of TM's broadband packages have been all over the place (for both Unifi and Streamyx customers).

Owing to the fact that I'm a Streamyx user (largely this) and that its probably not right to compare Unifi prices with Streamyx prices (Fibre vs Copper), I wish to do a Streamyx Price poll to note just how wild the prices may be.

If you would so kindly humor me with this curiosity of mine, I'ld be very grateful.
