I lower the gas to slow fire, the noodles already cooked, then I added the egg on top.

It end up in dissaster. The egg and noodles stick to the pan.

I use a cooking pan similar to below but the handle is plastic, need screw it once awhile when the handle loose.

Which type of wall aircon switch?

I just accidently broken it, cause the switch kind of stuck, cant switch it off just like some power extension on/ff switch felt like something melted inside, so I use force and somehow switch broken, cant off it now.

Mine have a big red light on the big on/off switch itself. Can I just buy any switch that use for room light or must get special type?
