And, it required the previous owner to submit closure of account form etc which they had done. <br />Funny thing was on the form itself, there was a &quot;Planned electricity start date&quot;, does that mean there might be a cut off of electricity during the transition? <br /><br />The previous owner consulted the lady at the tnb counter and was told that there won&#39;t be any disconnection.
