TNB Change of Tenancy

Hi all

I just recently applied for TNB change of tenancy for my new shoplot via myTNB website. And, it required the previous owner to submit closure of account form etc which they had done.
Funny thing was on the form itself, there was a "Planned electricity start date", does that mean there might be a cut off of electricity during the transition?

The previous owner consulted the lady at the tnb counter and was told that there won't be any disconnection. But, I was told otherwise on the phone with the tnb careline.

Can anyone with similar experience in the past enlighten me?

Thanks!
