Agent and his banker friend

Dear All,

As you all aware in several topic discussion, usually market price is higher than the banker valuation, and sometimes when you have paid earnest deposit,you have to let it go since after application you can't apply the 90% loan due to valuation is lower than the price that had been advertised.

To cut the story short, I have visited several bank, I still can't get the valuation of the agent price.Suddenly, a friend of the agent, who is a banker give me a call,said he got my name from the agent and said that he can get the house valuation same as the agent price.

Is it even possible, I myself go to several bank and the price different is from 20k to 50k,then suddenly the banker friend can get the valuation up to the agent price?Is this a normal thing or just a trick so that I spend a lot more,and in the end I can't secure the loan,so all my money that I spend will be forfeited?Sorry not to be impolite, but I smell something fishy here.

Can anyone help me to find a place for therapy session / place / class that can make people relax and will help to eliminate problems of broken hearted for my friend(a girl, and I'm a boy).She have a serious problem,and I'm afraid that someday if the problem didn't end well,she will eventually try to end her life by herself.So any suggestion is welcomed.Thank you

Dear All,

I have been working for around 1 and half year now and recently,my company just ask me how much do I want for my salary as they wanted to bond me with the company,let say for 2-3years bond.

I just want to ask all the experience person in this sub-section forum about what is my current value in term of RM because I didn't know about the current market.This is the summary of myself,in term of training and experience.For your information,this is my first company,previously I was Geotechnical Engineer for 6 months and I change my carreer towards Health and Safety field to obtain my Green Book Licence.

Anyone can solve and repair my guitar and bass problem please PM or post at this topic...i have limited budget and can't afford expensive amount of repair and restoration huhuhuhu..

1.Japan Stratocaster
I have it for almost a year.At first,the guitar is wotking great.Back then,i always spray all the "besi " part(the knobs,the pickup,and even the machine head) with WD-40..the besi memang tak berkarat but now the problem,the knobs and the machine head is very2 hard to twist.Sangat2 ketat cannot use hand,have to use playar and screw driver.Huhuhu..how can i solve this problem?

2.Ibanez Roadstar2
I bought it recently,the front humbucker pickup got a push-pull sytem for switching it from humbuckle to single coil vice-versa.But the knob rosak already when i bought it and stuck at single-coil mode.Anyone can estimate me the cost to repair it?

3.Squire P-bass
I bought it previous year,and i left it under my bed with the string attached to it.Then i left it there for couple of months.When i check it back,the brdge and neck wood need to be re-allign and tonation need to be done.I refer the bass to my friend and he said that the truss rod need to be align.I don't know how to do it.I bought the bass with a very cheap price,and i don't want to spent much on it..maybe around rm50-rm100 for the restoration.Is it possible..or can i do it by myself..
