i read the idea is appoint bank to buy commodity and sell it to finance the home.

how about if commodity not sold? will the fund become stuck and unable to pay purchase property?

Anyone know how clean they wash the car? Wash Manual with interior Vacuum or only wash outside with automate machine?

i see the price quite good deal around RM 8.5. i consider can save some time if can get it done with regular service schedule.

Hi I plan to reward my hardwork with car. I never have car before so please don't laugh at me.

As I have few knowledge of cars. I do some research and i have these 3 candidate.

Please help me rank this three cars. regarding body durability when accidents, comfortable and power.

these are the candidate after my short research:
1. Honda City
2. Mazda 2 (this one i like the design so elegant but not sure about the engine)
3. Vios & Yaris

Actually my desired tell me to take Honda Civic but i think it is offer budget. So i downgrade to these 3 candidate.
