Febrile fits (demam sawan)

Hi lads, recently my 20month daughter had febrile fits and it really does traumatized me and wife. It happens 2 weeks ago. The moment it struck to my daughter,i felt very very afraid . The doctor told us chance the febrile fit to struck again are 30%. And yes it happen again yesterday 2 weeks after the first incident. Me and wife are on long distance relationship,where my wife and daughter live in jb while me in kl. When i received call from my wife that our doctor struck again,i shoot back to jb feeling afraid for worst to come. I have spoken to the doctor that consult our doctor and he said febrile fits is normal and it always happens to any children between 6month to 5 years. But now i m really traumatized that it will struck again when i m far from my family. Has any of you guys do experience with this febrile fits situation?
