Help with boot media!

Hi guys...
I have 2 HDD fixed. One is A(with windows and system files) and another is B(with data)
Recently, i removed B for repair. Note that this is NOT the one i use to boot windows, which means it is not my C:/.
Meaning my A drive is left in tact.
Now my faulty B has came back, and i plugged it back in.
Problem is i cannot boot my windows. I keep getting the boot media error. However both A and B is detected.
I tried checking the bios, and A is my 1st choice of bootable HDD. Means, its correct. And my Boot order is my 1)dvdrom 2) HDD-A. I tried changing the pecking to 1) HDD-A and 2) dvdrom, but to no avail.
I tried playing around with the sata cables, changing the connection to ports between A and B, i tried removing the B HDD, leaving behind A only, but it still wont boot. It detects A when startup but i still keep getting the boot media error. Why?HDD faulty (again)???

To all sifus out there, please help a bro in need. Thanks.

I want to buy new BL-5C batteries for my nokia phones...
But the price at nokia care is staggering...
I heard there are some manufacturers produce similar type of cell, but more long-lasting than the original ones, selling at probably cheaper price..
Are there such batteries?If there are, where to get?

Firefox 3 and lyn

I have never come across such problems is firefox 2

Recently i dled firefox 3, 1 problem...
Everytime i come to lyn, i am not logged in...
i have to type in username pw everytime...
I tried deleting the password signatures...
Then come back to lyn, login...Then the drop down bar promt to remember my password and i clicked "yes"...
However, after i've closed my firefox, and start it later and enter lyn, i am not logged in...again
And i have to login manually...
Very irritating

Help with my AL ada885

I have an AL ADA885 speakers (4.1) , used to hook this up to a SB Audigy ValueLive 5.1, worked fine...
No surround, but audio quality is above bearable..
But until a month ago my speakers randomly hissed, often and irritating enough, i removed the card...
I hooked up to my on board REALTEK HD audio and everything went fine..
Although sound quality is average, but i get good surrounds with dvds...
From this i conclude that its my faulty Audigy Value sound card...So i sticked to on board RealTek for a while..
But the sound quality bothered me, so i decided to get a new sound card...
I got a x-fi xtreme gamer from allngap, hooked it up...
With this set up (all cables are plugged in), i get random pauses...
When i troubleshoot, i realize if i just plug in the green cable, (woofer and rear cables not plugged in) the pauses go away...Why?
But this way, i get no surround!!! Assuming its the card problem, again..
I got an exchange from allngap, hooked it up,but the same problem persists..
Then i decided to try the card on my parents' rig, then connect them to my ada885 speakers, the same problem happens too...
So this rules out software or hardware clashes...
and so now, i have my speakers connected to my onboard realtek HD audio, which is really mediocre...

SO, WHICH LEAVES ME TO THE FOLLOWING POSSIBILITIES
will it be
1) Driver problem? (i use XP)
2) Card (Xtreme Gamer) and speaker (ADA885) incompatibilities?
3) My speakers are faulty? (But it works with my on board RealTek HD audio)

PROs, plz help me

(allngap has been very helpful throughout, a very good seller, but i need to seek more opinions)

Ram(s) Can't Run In Dual Channel

1st of all..
my rams are corsair value ddr2 667..(identical)
my mainboard only has two ram slots..so nothing wrong with color codes and stuff..

1) why am i running on 333MHz?Is it meant to be like this?
2) why am i running on single channel? I have two identical rams, isn't it supposed to be dual?

okay...i connect my modem to a router...then from this router connects via lan to one other computer and another homeplug...via powerlines, to homeplug in my room, to my computer...then there is wan oso, but lets not take that into consideration
after analyzing my powerline network, the line is 14mbps which means, excellent connection...
connects okay...can surf sites...tho speed slower liao...bearable
torrenting slower liao but still bearable...
speedtest.net pings me (kl server) 800+kbps dl and 300+ kbps ul...should be okay i guess?

but my problems start from

1. my belkin wireless G router
the first LAN port which i connect to a homeplug "which thru powerlines, connect to the homeplug in my room, to my comp"
the light usually is yellow/green but has now turned ORANGE...
as in...The "1" light is orange... While the number 2 port which is directly connected to another comp, light "2" is green/yellow..
is this normal?

2 Limewire crazily slowed down...
As in erm, connected to say >5 peers, but speeds are like 0-3kbps
i did the usual virtual private port in the router settings and is supposed to work fine..
Any clue?

3 Cant connect to msn live messenger
when i launch the troubleshooting
the problem exist due to my host file..
"your host file contains windows live messenger related entries which may interfere with name resolution
click the repair button below to fix the setting and we'll try signing in again"
i clicked repair...and try sign in...same problem persists...

anything wrong?

The Association of Football Statisticians' (AFS) compendium of 'Greatest Ever Footballers', due to hit the shelves in time for Christmas, used a points based 'all time player ranking system' to reveal that Pele is in fact, and you won't believe this, the best football player the world has ever seen.

Soccernet will let the shock of that revelation settle in before informing you that the Brazilian's normal opponent for that title Diego Maradona is actually only the sixth best player in the history of the game.

Manchester United legend George Best, the man Pele once described as 'the best player ever' does not even make it into the controversial list, whilst United defender Gary Neville is ranked 86th. And not the 86th best defender but the 86th best player of all time, in the entire universe...ever! Now we're not saying the Red Devils' skipper is not a decent player, but come on!

Some other baffling rankings has Johan Cruyff - three times European Footballer of the Year and key exponent of Rinus Michels' Total Football - listed 21st, just five places above little-known Iranian striker Ali Daei.

Daei ranks 26th due to his 109 goals in 149 international matches for Iran.... against the mighty teams of Asia. Socceroos' striker Archie Thompson's has already been on the phone to ask why he isn't on the list after his 13 goal haul against American Samoa (Population 57,291) in a World Cup qualifier.

Former France striker Sylvain Wiltord waltzes in at 58 and even overlooking the fact that he should not be in the list in the first place, it is difficult to comprehend why he is allegedly better than AC Milan legend Franco Baresi, Roberto Baggio, Bryan Robson and Edgar Davids.

The AFS' system of awarding points for goals scored by forwards, clean sheets from defenders and honours won - including cups and caps - seems like a reasonable idea at first glance; but there are so many variables in football that their method appears more flawed than FIFA's notoriously dubious co-efficient World Rankings for national teams.

A spokesman for the book's publishers defended the rankings by insisting it was a 'comprehensive list of who really were, statistically, the best players of all time'.

That much used saying regarding lies, damn lies and statistics has never seemed more appropriate.

i drive a toyota corolla seg1.6 approx 10 yrs model...the last corolla before altis i guess...

its AT with o/d...
i know wat o/d is for...
but i've had this argument with my dad whether to turn o/d on (lights off) or turn o/d off (lights on)
u technical experts out there should know better...
my dad say town driving need more power thats why o/d off better...
but to me, o/d on supplies sufficient power and much more fuel economical...i'm no race freak either..
wat do u guys think?
