Hi sifus,

it has been almost 9 months that i didnt start my wira. Any suggestion for the cheapest battery to start the car? I just want to start it and park it at other place and then leave it for rest again.

Also, any other thing should i be aware? Thanks in advance sifus. Really appreciate your advice and suggestion.

Is it true that people that ride to work is low class people and got no money? To me, I think those who ride to work are smarter bcs can avoid bad traffic and save travelling costs including parking.

Hi Sifus, i would greatly appreciate if someone can share the flow for a person to rent a house/condo.

1. We find a house. Talk to the property agent. When should pay the deposit and the advance rental? Should we sign the agreement first?
2. Is there any possible ways to detect a scam property agent?

Would really appreciate, because this is my first time to rent a house. I'm aware that there are some amount of fees for the agreement. Can some enlighten me? Thanks!

1. How do you guys maintain the leather seats? Any treatment?

2. Any suggestion for product or place to service/maintain the leather?

3. Plus, any suggestion on how many time should we maintain the leather per yer or per month?

Side note: The car is 2 months old.
