Hi guys I found a 3BR fully furnished condo at Gaya resort homes. Is it a good place to buy? I plan to stay here for 10 years then shift to a bigger house and rent this place out. Is it a good idea?

Hi I'm looking for a property around Kota Kemuning and Subang Jaya area. Any projects than can be recommended? Budget around 400k, currently looking at KU suites in Kemuning Utama and it's within my price range, is it a good buy? Looking to buy for own stay and in the future will be putting it for rent.

Hi guys I'm currently driving Mazda 3 skyactiv 2016.Mostly city driving and on weekends go for spirited driving with high revs and twice a month go from KL to ipoh. Should I use expensive oil (300- 400 bucks++)and change at 8 -9 k km interval or use cheaper oil ( 150- 200 ++bucks) and change at 6k km intervals ? Both of the oil categories are fully synthetic. Also any recommendations on 5w30 engine oils. ? Is shell helix hx8 a good choice for 6k km change interval?

Connecting tweeter to amplifier

Hi guys, I am using a 4 channel amplifier to power 4 speakers and two Tweeters. I'm not using crossover for the tweeter but my tweeter comes built in with capacitor so I just wire the tweeter to my front speakers. Does this mean that my front 2 channels have 4 outputs instead of two? Will this damage my amplifier ?

Replace car amplifier rca cable

Hi guys only the left side speaker is working and right side is not , I tried adjusting the rca cable for Amplifier and both speakers work but then if I hit a pothole or something it stops working. Can my problem get fixed if I change the rca cable and if I want to change HOW MUCH DOES IT COST and can anyone recommend any shop?

I want a bassy earphone .Ive been using JBL C100si for a year now and the sound quality n bass was just nice for a budget JBL but now its broken and im looking for a new earphone. Will TWS (wireless) earphone quality be on par with my wired jbl C100 si in terms of BASS or should i get a wired one instead . My budget is around RM 50 -70 . Current im looking at
ZNT D06-L and xiaomi midot . Which is better in terms of bass or should i get a wired one instead? For those who dont know what is JBL C100si ive uploaded an image below 0and also ZNT D06-L and mi dots

Im looking for budget gaming laptops priced below RM 3000. The choices are Acer Nitro 5 , Asus tuf Fx 504g , Asus tuf Fx 505 dy (powered by AMD ryzen 5 3550H). I personally like the Fx 505 dy but on the long run is AMD reliable?

1997 Proton Iswara (M) fuel consumption

My 1997 iswara 1.3 manual only gives 180 km for RM50 petrol. Is this normal? Petrol was pumped at petronas. The engine was recently overhauled and I'm using semi synthetic engine oil
