I am searching job now, for some reason hiring manager and recruiter like to add me on Linkedin, from the linkedin link I put on my resume. I wonder is it normal for you all? Do you delete them after they are no more useful contact to you? Linkedin is becoming like FB nowadays.

I notice many company job application need to fill in family info, is it really necessary criteria for company to evaluate candidate. Some even ask for IC number for all my family member, Is this even legal in Malaysia?

Went for an interview yesterday, and I have to do MBTI personality and MENSA test before the interview assigned by their HR, is it a norm in Malaysia now? I am applying for just a Senior System Administrator post, not some genious role.
