Hi all, I recently joined a trainee program of a government bank. This program provides 6 months of comprehensive training to fresh graduan like me as I am very eager to break into banking line. However, I am the ONLY other race out of 30 people. Actually I am cool with everyone as long as they are human. But sometimes I have the feelings of alienation during the training due to distinct cultural difference from others although they are really nice and very approachable to me, including the upper management too. Does anyone encountered the same situation as me? Do you mind sharing your experiences to me? Thank you!

SME Graduate Trainee Program 2018

Hi guys, who has applied this program previously? There is two assessments for this GTP and I've passed the 1st assessment which enable me to get into the 2nd assessment. The 2nd assessment would be a role play, presentation & group discussion, does anyone has ANY idea on how/what kind of topic been asked? Thank you for your forthcoming response☺
