[WTA] HDD storage reduced every day

Hi.

I'm using Lenovo N100 notebook. I'm quite noob in gadget. I started to realise my storage will kind of reduce every time I use my notebook ( I use it once everyday).

For past 3 days, I noticed my storage would reduce about +/- 0.6G without me adding new files to HDD. The first day I noticed, it was 80G, slowly reducing, I thought I transfered some files over but for past 3 days, I did not yet my storage kinda reduced. Any explanation?

Anything to do with the sleep function?

External HDD

First, bought the external HDD, the cable was spoilt. Tested with colleague's cable and the external HDD worked. LED flashed red.

Just bought another similiar cable from Lowyat. Now the LED is blinking. USB detected but can't open the disk.

What it means by the LED blinking? Cable is not compatible? One more question, the cable for external HDD is only one type right? Can't be wrong if got 3 usb heads right.

Form 6 club

So before this, we were discussing on the form6's commencement, it's now started

So anyone care to share their experience of entering form6? More of a kopitiam chat

I'm having orientation weeks until the end of next week. Kinda boring.

as of above, anyone actually knows about it yet?

I have a few more questions on form6 such as :

1. how do I know when form6 starts, if I'm selected and which school I will go? Since we didn't fill in any application form and so =P what's the procedure actually?

2. My former school has form6 so probably I will be put to study there but I may want to go to other school. What's the procedure of changing school? Talk to the MOE? No idea. Never transfered school before.

I'm getting nervous about school. I've work contract to sign and I need to make sure my work won't clash with school. If school starts before my contract ends, I need to compensate !!
