I'll be taking exam via online (also means thru webcam surveillance) on laptop.
Any recommendations as to where I can do this in isolation?
I need a small space coz we need to show the invigilator that I am not cheating. For example, got books/reference materials anywhere near me... there is no one beside me "suap" me answers, no outside distrubance etc etc..

Since like WFH going to go on until year-end. I am thinking to take my certification but I don't know if I should fully use up AL (14 days) + 1 mth Unpaid Leave (UL) so that can fully concentrate on studying. I have not utilized my AL at all until today because got no where to go ma

pandai pandai study during work hours (of course this means I might get distracted every now and then) and don't touch my AL or take UL

Ayam call customer service but got stuck with all the voice automated menu and there's no option to speak to a person.
Then ayam use Chat box function on their website and no one response!!

this one manager always pick on me as I'm the only female in the team.
Example, customer ask for report FROM THE TEAM and i was on planned leave and which the manager himself approved.
So I was leave but as I said, customer sent the email to the distribution list and said "Hi team, may we....."
Then the rest of the team all act like didnt see the email for days... customer chase everyday with "Hello team....". Then manager knew i am coming back to work on Monday, then he whatsapp me and ask me to reply customer now.

Eh hello, got other team members and the email was sent to the team in general. Also, I never worked on this report before so i am clueless what this report is about.
Is this considered as bullying by manager?

How do you guys kept your laptop cool? My laptop gets quite hot after just switch on for just 3 hours and this laptop is still quite new (about 8 months new)

If I use icepack and put it underneath the laptop, will that help to keep laptop cool?

How to deal with "Taichi Master"

What to do in this situation?

I've got a counterpart/kolik based in Australia (he is yinidian from Yindia). He damn clever to taichi work and also put blame on others for his incompetence.
So story is like this. He supposed to lead the project but he never inform anyone on his work/progress. When I say "never inform anyone", he really doesn't inform anyone. Not even his boss or the project manager knows what he is doing. He only ask for help when he cannot meet the deadline. Then he start blaming the team for not helping him and never do documentation.

Eh hello??? What documentation he expecting if we are not doing any work for him? We don't even know what he is doing.

Then now, because customer complaining why no documentation, he start to kamcheong and now asking us to backtrack all the work done. FYI, it's almost 1 year worth of work to backtrack. Why only now mau document?

Would it be wise to highlight to his boss and project manager that he as the team lead should have document the work he done himself from the start? And not asking the team to shoulder his laziness or stupidity for not capturing his work from the start?

What would you do?

I just got a compliment email this morning from the customer (this is the boss of course) saying they are very happy with my work and my attitude despite being bashed left and right from the users.

The thing is should I forward this on to my boss now or wait until my next appraisal session?

Her reply:
No I did not.

Ayam reply her back:
Ok, next time before you reply the customer, be sure to verify and check that the account balances tally.

....next thing I know, she sent that email to HR saying I harass her?
Ayam ignore her report to HR.
Ayam will just waiting to see if got shit-storm on Monday

What can I do? Don't know which neighbour play music so loud macam inside Zouk.
Then downstair neghbour blame me pula. He complain to management I did it then management warn me. Then i said, it is not me! Where is the proof? How that CCB be so sure it is me? It is other neighbor la!!!

/k got any suggestion or advice?

UPDATE: I lodged a report at the management office as advised by some /k members here. They told me that there is nothing I can do about noise because
1) It is a condo, it's common you hear sounds and noises and it can come from anywhere
2) Since they cannot pinpoint the source, there's nothing they can do. Even if they can find the source but the source denies it, there's nothing they can do.

Now they asked me to report to police since they did say the downstairs neighbour does seem to be an agressive person. Even when he lodge report to them earlier, he was quite agressive towards them and the security guards. They said it is to protect myself in case if anything does happen to me. Even if he not in the wrong, at least police will go find him first.
