I have been staying here for almost two years and until now, I haven&#39;t receive the tenancy agreement with the owner&#39;s signature. I never met the owner and only communicate with the agent who said that the owner still hasn&#39;t signed the contract until now. May I know if the contract is valid and is it still binding?
