Chest discomfort

For the past few weeks i'm experiencing some weird feeling in my chest, then suddenly out of nowhere i feel my heart racing.
Sometimes it lasts only for a few minutes, the longest episode was last week about 2 hours with a heart rate of 137+ just sitting there doing nothing!
No dizziness, no shortness of breath just a bit blurry vision during the longer episode....and of course my whole body is shaking with the beat.
I tried the valsalva maneuver, it doesnt work....a few hard cough then it subsides.

I experienced it again today in the afternoon, same heart rate 130+, maneuver does not work it even makes it faster...so i just lie down for a while and within seconds it drops back to 88 bpm. I happen to have a toy stethoscope so listening to my heart beat, yes it was fast but steady...no skipped beats present.
It's the after effect i hated the most, my chest feels tight & tiny sharp pain all over my back & pectoral muscles. Its like im out of stamina for the whole day.

Oh yeah i'm starting to get these symptoms after i started low carb diet & high intensity training. i tamed down on the exercise part up to just barely reaching anaerobic level & mostly stayed within cardio zone (150+) for 15-20 mins.

I'm 33, slightly overweight by definition (im trying to fix that currently...lol) and female.
Since starting my weight loss regime i've reducing all carbs, sugar, process foods, caffeine etc that is typically bad. Drink min 2 liters of water & try to get at least 6 hrs sleep I
Im a light sleeper btw so its hard to get deep sleep, sometimes i get rude awakenings from these pounding fast beats.
Oh yes my resting heart rate is within 68-73 bpm, greatly improves after exercising.

I'm usually a calm person & not prone to anxiety even how bad my life throw lemons at me. anything that does not kill me only makes me stronger.
I am yet to consult a doctor for this just because i hate going to the hospital, i cant stand the prodding & touching during medical exam....coz it does makes me nervous.

I dont think this considered as SVT either coz the heart rate was <150+

Have you experience these kind of thing whenever you started your exercise regime?

How do you guys import cosmetic/perfumes nowadays?

duh, it was only a handful of samples, very light & not worth selling anyway

Now i cant enjoy niche & hard to find perfumes anymore

Last 3 years takde masalah pun, every month got shipment but this time...

good evening all,

Have you been unfairly given a bad performance review no matter how you try to fix your job with measurable evidence?
For the last 3 years I keep getting poor reviews no matter what I do. Im not the type to hang around with bosses & just concentrate to do my job. I dont trust them at all to discuss my issues bacause what I will say will be used against me or become a gossip ite. So they see me as moody, hence the review said "bad behavior". Now I'm in danger of termination for consecutive poor performance. since then I've been trying to look for new jobs but no luck yet.
My colleague from other department insists that I try to save my reputation with this company because she know that all of this was unfair. But im so headache now & really dont give a shit anymore. I've been working with this company for close to 10 years.

What should I do?

Lastly my advice is, DO NOT USE POS MALAYSIA SERVICE EVER!
see what happened to my parcel, they have no right to do this although the item is now what has been expected

2.5" ext IDE HDD not accessible

i have a 3 years old external IDE hard disk.
throughout its servicing life with the 1st casing, problem was sometimes it suddenly disconnects itself during data transfer. sometimes it has this beep beep sound when it disconnected, sometimes dont. but i still continue to used that same casing.

then in the process of burning files from that particular hard disk to dvd, it happened again! the main computer hangs also. so the burning process failed, i restarted the computer & removed the ext hard disk. computer back to normal, but the hard disk cannot be accessed. windows can still detected the drive, but when i clicked on it my computer freeze! but no problem when i disconnected the HDD.

so i suspect the casing have problems & buy a new IDE casing. i even connect both of its jumper to the usb port of my computer. no more freezing problem but it cannot be accessed! "Error performing inpage operation"

what should i do? is the HDD dead? can data in it be recovered & how?

luckily all data can still be recovered 100%.
I've used Power Data Recovery software for the process.

what is happening to my laptop

i was just finished recording a mix using virtual dj software today.
in fact it's my 2nd try. during recording ok laa...but the waveform seems like it stuck2 during the transition to another track & sometimes quite lagging also.
them i listen back to the recording, damn it does stuck2! 1st try also like that
wuhuhhuuuu....so sad now....

normally it was ok & it had never been like this before.
maybe my laptop is ageing already, or when it comes to 3rd year it cant handle most of the new technologies....

oh & btw the software is version 5.0
my ram is about 1.2 GB
and 40 GB hard disk
processor 1.6GHz pentium M (centrino biasa)

cyclic redundancy check

Hi all,

Sometime (but very rare) i have 'cyclic redundancy check' error when i want to play / backup to HD / copy to pc on burned cd, although the cdrom was never been touched or played after burning.

i have tons of mp3 cds & i would like to avoid this error.

what is the best method to store your backup mp3 cd? other than put inside the cd bag?
