been monitoring my 4 days old setup's temperature when gaming, is it too hot or normal?

Gpu - 70c - 81c
Cpu - 70c-77c

I have a problem with my DELL Latitude D830 laptop. The opening screen was weird, it had blue dots and line all over the word DELL, when logged in, then the screen was fine.

But my Qudro NVS 140M got a '!' mark on device manager, with code 43, meaning my card is not working properly...
