Surfin' problems

I wonder whether anyone can help me with this problem which cropped up recently...occasionally after turning on/restarting windows and logging on to streamyx, i can only surf for a maximum of 7 mins before i can't access any website apart from CIMB Clicks and using MSN Messenger! The only way to correct this is to restart windows, but the problem persists. I wonder whether this is Windows Firewall problem, because it happens primarily when I use Windows Firewall and not Zone Alarm. Has anyone here have had similar problems like this?

I have confirmed I have no Streamyx problems, no viruses, spyware or malware; I use Wndows XP SP2 and Zone Alarm (but my ZA is a bit buggy, so sometimes I use Windows Firewall).

Any help is appreciated...thanks!
