Hi guys, welcome everyone who has experience to advise us, my family has a single storey house, we want to do a few renovations:

1. To replace awning of porch (pls recommend which type of awning/material/pricing)

2. To install mosaic tiles for porch floor (same as above)

3. To replace the ceiling board for the interiors (previously we painted it with cement so now it peels off, can advise another board which we dont have do painting and wont peel off anymore one? we know got plaster ceiling but that one is way too expensive for us)

4. To repaint the roof (we have some leaking before, asked contractor to come and fix but want to have an extra protection as sooner or later the silicon gel btw the roof tiles will break, furthermore the rain on the neighbour awning will keep "kena" middle spine area, so any advice to have protection for leaking?)

I have attached pictures, pls advise, most importantly for those who experienced, pls give a rough total quotation so that we have a numbers in mind, prefer middle price range but not something too cheap and not durable, and can recommend a good supplier/sifu to the job?

Help cant open door

Hi guys, i have door painted last month, i painted myself, but now i cant open it suspect the paint has stick in the hinges or empty space in btw, is there anything sokvent that i pour and remove the sticky paint? I meed to open that door

Myvi 2019 3GEN gear problem (4AT)

Hi hi, I have a myvi 2019 3GEN, feel there is a delay in my transmission, which there is 2 problems:
1. Morning when start the car, putting the gear to 'R' coz wanna reverse from garage, after finish (complete stop) I shift from 'R' to 'D', and press some gas on it, but the car won't move straight away, like have 1 second delay, then only the car will become shock and start to move forward

2. When waiting at traffic light, I put in 'N', then when light turn green, I shift to 'D', same problem happens, but this is not all the time, problem 1 happens all the time

Other than the above, when I accelerate and drive on highway, it feel smooth and don't feel any delay or vibrate

Did anyone has the same issue, can help to point out what's the problem here (is it costly to fix?), or I have to bring back to SC?

JPJ transfer vehicle name

Hi guys, i need to sell a car to another buyer, so they ask me to go to JPJ office do thumbprint, can I know as a seller, is there anything that i can get back as a proof that i already batal my name on the geran, and transferred the name of the vehicle to the new owner now? thank you

coz i worried if i dont have a proof, then if anything happen in the future for that car (i.e. some bad guys use it to do crime etc), it will affect me coz i dont have a proof that the name is already been trasferred to another buyer

P/S: i called JPJ office several times but no one pick up the phone
