Budak baru nak hidup: should I rent in Subang?

I've been working for 1+ year already, office near KL Sentral. I have a Myvi so transport is no problemo. I live with my parents in Cyberjaya now but I wanna try live alone lel.
I'm been thinking of renting somewhere in Subang Jaya because it's closer to my hobby shops (MTG stores bersepah in SJ and closer to Stars Picker headphone shop) and its closer I guess to my office. Some questions:

- How's the rental price there? When I was a student at Nottingham Malaysia, Semenyih I rented at TTS just beside the uni, RM350 can get a single room, RM500 can get a room meant for 2 with queen bed.
- Does rent there usually come with a parking spot or need to pay extra?
- How long does it take to drive to KL Sentral during morning rush? As a comparison from Cyberjaya through MEX it takes me around 40+ mins or around 30+ mins via ERL (ERL+parking is slightly cheaper vs toll+parking).

*bonus if can recommend a place with gym so I can get rid of my belly

Using NBminer, Hashrate should be better cuz I was playing Bluestacks at that time. Fans are always on around 35% so mem temp is 52C on average - sometimes 54C on hot day, night/cool day 4C. Samsung VRAM so you can OC more if you so desire.
