Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and support issues related to domain, desktop, server, and network
Provide regional infrastructure support when necessary
Assist and train users to improve the user experience
Provide back fill support for clients whenever necessary
Provide project-support to ITCS and its clients
Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system
Support end user hardware and software such as Microsoft Office, Windows XP/7/8/10, Mac OS, Windows servers, Cisco Routers and switches, firewalls, VMware, Network Printers, NAS
Support Move Add Change and Migration projects

Job Requirements:

Professional IT certification with 3 years’ experience in Level 1-3 IT technical support in Desktop, Server and Network issues
Additional skills would be beneficial
Basic Linux commands
Exchange and Domain Servers (MCSE Certified)
Networking, Firewall, Routers (CCNA Certified)
VoIP, PBX
Data Centre Operations experience
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Independent worker with maturity, good communication and client/end user managing skills

Technical Data Analyst:

SGD4000max plus sgd500 fix shift allowance:

Data Analysts are critical team players of the Command and Control team to perform analysis on desktop migration data in support of various modernisation projects in an international investment bank.

This is a 1-year contract (renewable) employment with an attractive monthly shift allowance and project bonus after completing a year of service.

JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data analysing on large volumes of desktop migration details to prepare for migration readiness
Able to make sense of data, generate reports and present analysis to senior stakeholders
Quality checking of key activities/tasks in preparation for a migration phase- verifying that the activity/task has been completed successfully and to quality, owning to resolution where this has not been achieved
Ensure process & procedures documentation is available for all tasks critical to a migration phase

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in helpdesk / Desktop migration
Strong skills in analysizing Data using MS Excel at Advanced level (Pivot Tables and lookup functions) is a must
Ability to make sense of data, generate reports and presentation of analysis to Senior Stakeholders
Helpdesk experience, desktop migration experience using migration scheduling tools
Strong Client facing and management skills
MUST be have good communication skills in both written and verbally
Minimum 1-2 years experience in data analyst role
Good presentation skills

IMPORTANT CRITERIA:
Candidates with strong IT Data Analysis skills and experience is necessary to excel in this role.
Immediate / Short-notice suitable candidates, due to job urgency, will be given as higher priority.

Working hours:
3 Rotating shifts (with a monthly fixed Shift Allowance on top of the basic salary):
Morning Shift: 6am – 3pm
Afternoon Shift: 2pm – 11pm
Night Shift: 10pm – 7am:
