Will the property price drop next year?

Do you guys think the property price will drop next year due to economic slowing down as you can see by the rate of bank loan being approved recently. Got a feeling that the economic might be crashing soon. Looking at the budget 2019, the Gov is finally doing something to help the community in buying their first house and some financial institution providing lucrative money aid to consumers as well. So I'm not sure if the economic will be better or worse next year as it will affect the property price. Planning to buy The Clovers as they have good ongoing promotion. Not sure if I should wait any longer for the price to go lower or go ahead and buy it as soon as possible before the price hike as a result of MRT project in Penang being approved.
