How to become broker for bank in Malaysia?

Is there any way to become a broker in Malaysia? without restudying the whole degree in financial planning etc. Is there any short term course or exam to get certified and be a proper broker that bank will straight away hire (because they save some cost on training and sending them to exam). Is there any website I can refer for more info?

Recently TS made a mistake (spent full budget before the end date for a campaign). I did some wrong settings at the initial stage and caused the campaign fully spent before the end of the month. It spent quite high at the mid of the month and I realized there is a problem with it but when I want to change it, its too late as the budget almost exhausted. So yesterday, the budget has fully spent.

Will you guys admit it directly or you would change the settings (which should be set correctly at the initial stage) and act diam diam.

Side question: How would you guys improve the skill of "Attention of details". Any recommendation on training, exercise, meditation can improve that?

I'm newbie in Illustrator, just curious on how tracing works? For example, wanted to trace the frame and make it become a png file. But after I traced, it became black and white, just wondering is there any ways to make it back to red colour instead?

Hey sifus, just joined a big mnc marketing agency about a month ago. But received an offer from my previous company which is Food and beverage line. The offer is about 15 to 20 percent higher. I'm 27 this year.. should i go back to previous company that does about the same job with higher offer? Or should I just continue work in MNC and gain experience (which i guess will make my resume looks better?) And hop on to another career in future?

Any advice for xiao di here. Much appreciated that.

I'm trying to look for No.Majikan from my previous company. But the boss and HR doesnt want to layan me. (I have bad relationship with the boss and the HR has resigned and they are using e-hr platform called HReasily) Is there any chances that I can get the No.Majikan in other way other than referring to my old boss and HR?

Remarks: There is no No majikan stated in my previous EA form from them.
