            <description>Guys.. I just ready a scary post on facebook..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, we have about 70K rumawip, 250K PR1MA house, and 100K Rumah Selangorku.. This is mass market property.. Not PPR or what.. Go see rumawip recently VP, look how good the quality is..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rumawip moratorium start after SPA 10 years, Prima and selangor after VP 5 years. Rumawip no restriction in rental in agreement..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In 7-10 years time this all property will finish their moratorium, which mean can be sell..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Imagine 400K units will do to our market ???&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Property bubble will be burst.. Avoid buy too much property.. after 7-10years.. Sure die.. burst to the max...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No more glory 2007-2015... I&amp;#39;m lucky made profit about RM5m..</description>

After that, followed by Platinum Splendour, prime area, really close to KLCC.. Pontentially get future MRT3 station, direct access to Duke highway..After that is Kiara Kasih, Freehold, next to Mont Kiara and Publika.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Enesta Kepong&lt;br /&gt;2. Platinum Splendour@Jalan Semarak&lt;br /&gt;3. Kiara Kasih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What&amp;#39;s your best rumawip ?</description>
