According to Tun Daim, the new alignment of ECRL will not pass through Gombak and KL. It will pass through Labu, Kajang/Bangi, Putrajaya and Port Klang.

Which area gonna benefited a lot from this new alignment ?

Guys.. I just ready a scary post on facebook..

Now, we have about 70K rumawip, 250K PR1MA house, and 100K Rumah Selangorku.. This is mass market property.. Not PPR or what.. Go see rumawip recently VP, look how good the quality is..

Rumawip moratorium start after SPA 10 years, Prima and selangor after VP 5 years. Rumawip no restriction in rental in agreement..

In 7-10 years time this all property will finish their moratorium, which mean can be sell..

Imagine 400K units will do to our market ???

Property bubble will be burst.. Avoid buy too much property.. after 7-10years.. Sure die.. burst to the max...

No more glory 2007-2015... I'm lucky made profit about RM5m..

For me, the best rumawip is ENESTA KEPONG.. because of low density per floor, and 50m only to MRT2 Jinjang.. After that, followed by Platinum Splendour, prime area, really close to KLCC.. Pontentially get future MRT3 station, direct access to Duke highway..After that is Kiara Kasih, Freehold, next to Mont Kiara and Publika.
