PTPTN payment

If payment made thru FPX at PTPTN site, the statement will be updated immediately but tonight when I pay thru FPX at PTPTN.gov.my, my bank acount was deducted but at PTPTN site, it says 'Urusan Tidak Berjaya' and the amount was not taken up in the statement.
Anyone encounter this before?

My concern is; can I get my money back? or the amount will be updated in the PTPTN statement?

I got an interview appointment with Vitrox this friday for an internship placement. Im getting quite nervous as this is my first interview and also i have heard that their interview is quite tough. So i wonder their interview evaluation of an internship placement and full time job position will be different? or it will be as hard as a full time position interview. Hope they won't make our life hard =)
have anyone interviewed from them before? what kind of question they ask? and how many of them?
