RHB Fire Insurance. Anyone encounter this?

Ayam today received a letter from RHB regarding fire insurance. As you know, the house has my wife and my name on it. Suddenly, the letter received today mentioned " 2 OTHERS AS OWNERS'. Does that means the house have 4 names? Really shocking to see this Did anyone encounter the same thing from RHB?

Fire Insurance for Subsale Landed House

Ayam bought a subsale landed house last year, 1200 sqft. Want to ask if I can buy own fire insurance and show to the bank that I bought it? I know bank allows strata like service apartment or condos as the management bought the insurance. How about landed property? Ayam wanted to reduce bank loan interest as bank charge damn a lot and quietly load it into the loan amount for a rm300 fire insurance. Thanks!

Ayam got nothing to do and scroll Linkedin then noticed some people only work 1 or 2 years in the company. Some even months then jump here and there, masuk MNC, etc. With total experience of 3 years starting from freshie, suddenly can become manager in some big MNC company XXX.

Are they really good or just pure luck?

Do you think 1 year can learn everything?

My Cat Doesn't Trust Me

Ayam adopted cat now almost 2yo at 6kg like poddle size. Love n hate relationship. Extremely aggressive with trust issue even after 2 years. His tail was snapped during young before adopted him. Hence, ayam assumed his aggression was due to past trauma. Every time ayam gives a belly rub, he will look at ayam with the annoyed face then scratch ayam hand. Many times, run away from the house to escape when there is an opportunity but when comes to makan, he will act like a slut , going around and rubbing your leg, begging for food. Ayam had to tied him like a dog to prevent escape coz many time he escape outside then don't know how come back. There is one time, he went under neighbour longkang and stuck at there. Ayam had to crawl atleast 3m in the longkang to save this ungrateful boy. But of course, ayam still love this cute lil shit.

Any limit on the total house you can own?

Someone told me before that husband and wife put single name on the property can own 2 each, total 4 whereas joint name only can own 2 property? Is this true?

What happened if I joint name with my wife, having 2 property and my dad pass a house to me under the will? Can I still own it? Do I have to pay tax to own it?

Do I have to pay stamp duty and gomen RPGT if transfer from father to son?

Please help advise
