Is my tenancy agreement "official"

Hi guys I am a landlord and have submitted my tenancy agreement for stamping on online stamps lhdn. I have paid the fees and have received a stamp certificate. However my actual tenancy agreement has no stamping whatsoever on it. Is this normal? Example of a stamped tenancy agreement below. Will my tenancy agreement be recognized by the banks in this case?

Tax calculation for multiple properties

How are taxes calculated on 2 or more properties? For example, I'm renting out 2 properties, 1 is making a profit and the other is untenanted

Nett = rental - (mortgage + permitted expenses)
Property A: 2500 - 2000 = +500 nett
Property B: 0 - 1500 = -1500 nett

Total nett = -1000 hence no need to pay tax or only pay tax on rental profitable properties, which in this case is 500/mo?

#update 1: based on the comments the answer is only pay tax on profitable properties. You win? Gib some to gomen. You lose? Your problem

Ways to withdraw large amounts

Anyone know better ways to withdraw large amounts safely? Considering the huge run-up recently. Current ways to withdraw only small amounts

Binance/localbitcoins/remitano P2P transfers. Okay for small-medium amounts. Not the safest option

Luno spot selling. Orderbook depth very weak. If market sell will cause massive slippage. If withdraw large amount will get flagged by bank?

Is is possible to cancel loan application?

Hey guys it's my first time applying for a loan of any kind(personal). On the website it listed interest rate at 5.33% but on the application form it ranges 8-15% per annum. I read online that banks will disburse the loan amount to the bank account of the applicant after verifying the applicant. Is there a period between where they'll quote you your interest rate? I certainly do not want to get hit by a 15% rate. Thanks
