(Almost) no noise gaming PC. The aluminum case is covered in sound proofing and radiators and coolers have been replaced with premium, silent versions (see picture).

Tech specs are visible on the black picture I took from the BIOS screen.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I wiped the SSD, and the machine comes without any software. You will have to install an operating system of your choice. I will not provide any technical / after sale support. The machine was in storage for the last 2 years. It worked fine when I booted it up to take pictures, but I am selling it without any warranty or guarantees as I have no time for extensive testing.

The price is fixed. The case alone cost me 199 Euros (~ 945 RM) so no discounts ;-).

Cash or DuitNow. Self-Pickup only. The machine is rather heavy due to the soundproofing.

Item(s) conditions: The e-GPU is a new replacement unit from Razer delivered 3 months ago due to a warranty case. Hence it is almost as good as new. I can give you all the original packaging and the box it was delivered in. The GTX 960 was bought 2nd hand, and I have no idea how old it is and don't have the packaging, but it is functional.

Reason for sale: I am switching to a PC and don't need the e-GPU anymore.

The Job:
- Drive me & my daughter for two roundtrips from SS2, PJ to U Thant, Ampang per day
- Working Days only (no weekend, KL public or school holidays)
- Pickup 9:30 in SS2, PJ (for roundtrip)
- 2nd Pickup 16:00 in SS2, PJ (for roundtrip)
- Occasionally no-round trip needed (drop-off in center instead)

Securing Private Trades

Hi there,
curious how you conduct private crypto transaction. I read a couple of times now that people trade crypto for cash.
I have to say all my trading was done through exchanges so far and I never felt the need to trade BTC to a stranger for cash (or the reverse).

If you are a cash trader how do you secure the transaction? How do you make sure you either get the cash or the coin? Given the low transaction speed especially on the BTC network I wonder who takes the risk of the other party dashing with the coin (or cash)?

We are a newly founded impact driven enterprise / social business that likes to disrupt insurance by making smart contracts accessible (& usable) for the masses. While we are a for profit organization our primary mission is to help the poor and uninsurable to manage the risks in their lives in a way they can actually afford.

Our company has been founded here in beautiful Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia just last month and is fully funded by now (seed stage).
I am currently the only founder playing the roles of CEO, CTO & CMO – which is naturally not sustainable. My background includes degrees in computer science & economics as well as 16 years of international IT management & leadership experience so I am flexible on where to focus my time & energy.
I am looking for a business partner / co-founder who can take the CTO role off my shoulders and is flexible to take other leadership responsibilities as well. The ideal candidate would have the following:

Mandatory:
- Grit & passion for the business & our social mission. (Yes that’s code for long hours ;-))
- Extensive IT experience with a focus on B2C software development, mobile app development & scalable cloud architecture
- Ability to work both hands on and in a managerial / leadership capacity. (We are a small team of 3 at the moment so the CTO would be the “lead developer” & “quality control specialist” for the foreseeable future. As we grow you should be able to "step up".)
- Decent communication and project management skills (we use SCRUM).
- Honest, reliable and easy to work with.
- Living in Klang area or willing to relocate.
Bonus:
- Experience working for insurance or financial industry & a functional network
- Prior startup and/or international experience
- Access to additional funding sources (aka put some of your own chips on the table)

To manage expectations: Our current projections see us coming out of the red only Q3 2019. I am not taking a salary till the business turns either profitable or we secure long term institutional funding. I would expect the same level of commitment from my business partner.

Customer Friendly Health Insurance

Hi Lowyat,
I moved with my family of 3 to Malaysia 2 years ago. Like to find a local alternative for my our current international health plan (is rather expensive) as we intent to stay longer in sunny and friendly Malaysia :-)

While I have been shopping around on websites like ringgitplus I am looking for some real life experience of making claims. I have some bad experience with insurers rejecting valid claims and requesting heaps of documentation from different doctors till they accept your claim (even on small amounts).
I would rather not have that experience ever again.

Would be happy if any of you could share positive as well as negative experiences.
