Hi Guys, would like to know characteristics of a toxic manager, Well here it goes. The first thing he said was Boss is always right no matter what, You must play politics to get your things done. My experience, i provide him recommendation on pro s and con on certain project, advice him not to do it, but still insist, when project didnt go as planned, during meetings with senior manager, he disappear , i get screwing. When i write to him in email, he replies the answer with a phone call, seldom with email if only he sees that there are no risk. When i propose my idea, he always says , think bigger picture,, wants to make a big change. When i have contacts to liase with suppliers to help him, he said you let do, its not your part, asked him on learning a new system, he said we dont require, now after 8 months say he suggest we learn the same system we suggested. take credit for my project standardization which i took 6 months to build. Try to ruin my relationship i built with other managers in my projects by highlighting to their big bosses on their mistake when i can just tell them in person.

I am not sure, maybe im just seeing it in a negative way?

Hi All, Would like to ask on both of these industries for FMCG which are F & B or Pharma vs Telco & Media, since i would like to pursue PMP, as well as digital marketing and data analytics, was wondering which industry I can fully optimize these skills to my benefits, i believe Telco and Media has been doing this quite some time and FMCG has just recently joined in the band wagon, in the long run, just wondering which offers a better career path through my interest, need advise from SIFUs

Project Engineer (Mech) Jump to Telco/ Datascience

Hi all, would need advise on how to make a career transition from a project engineer in fmcg dealing with packaging more into a career dealing with technology/ telco/ data science.

My skill sets would be more on data, even my current role would be translating my findings from data into real operation application. I already undertaken my PMI contact hour classes and still have 1 year more to go sit for the exam, would be attending the scrum master training in 1 month time and sitting for the exam as well, Appreciate if someone could advise on how to make this transition as companies prefer hiring someone with experience with this role. I have also considered investing in data science certification as well

Hi people of K,

Well i am actually facing this situation where i actually fell for an office older colleague , reason being she tried and i fell for her. I confessed to her. But here's the thing, shes the total opposite of my believe. I only have almost 2 years of experience, still paying my student loans, parents to take care, car loan, no property and savings going towards my future certification and studies. She is someone with no education background, parties alot, in her 30s had many guys before this. I realized she lies quite alot and giving me reason to have sex with her, advises me to have fun all the time, asking me to prioritize her instead of my family as well as my work. All the time with her, i spend almost all my savings on her, most of the time we split the bill 65 percent and 35 percent with me paying more, she s earning more but shes paying less. I visit her and spend almost rm 300 a month on petrol and toll alone to her place. all the time its always doing things she wants to do instead of US. Everything changed as soon as we coupled. I want to get outta of this relationship without any problems at workplace. any advice, im financially burdened by her and she would only be a burden to my career goals and my believes

LOL, here's my story, been in relationship with this older chick by 7 years. Not really sure she's really serious, with her guy friends, never really introduced me as her boyfriend. Always wants to party and go for holiday by the beach. Does not really have savings, spend it on owning a house and bought a car with cold hard cash. Speaks about her ex or guys who tried for her. Gives me clues that you should have fun before your 30s. Always tries to bring me to her place to have sex with her thou. PS, im a guy whos looking for a serious relationship and not fuck around,LOL, Advice needed. Reason being Im quite Built and mature looking for my age, got mistaken for men in early 30s and manage to attract only lady who are in their 30s, sad life ehhhh.
