Repair LCD TV. Anyone knows where? TOSHIBA

Hi, I'm looking for a TV repair service for TOSHIBA ( in Kuchai Lama area), model 40L3655VM , it's around 32" (if I'm not mistaken)

The problem of TV:
1) First it showed few colourful vertical lines
2) Now the screen blinks, it becomes very white and we can't see anything anymore

I guess it all started when I used AnyCast to connect my laptop to TV!

I'd like to ask if anyone knows a reliable location for TV repair? I prefer a service to pickup TV from home and return it back.
