Difference between contract and permanent title

After going through some articles, the result is that a permanent title is protected by the Malaysia employment act and standard benefits such as annual holiday, allowances, and bonus (all of those is applicable to me currently as a contract staff)

I have been offered to migrate from contract to permanent staff, so my question is what the advantage of doing so is since I have all the standard benefits as a contract staff. Thus, let's say I going to apply for a housing loan, do the bank will revise my loan approval much more seriously via the permanent job title?

Graduate program or casual full time

Soon I will complete my course and start to work on my career. A typical graduate program allows the applicant to learn from their working environment for a fixed duration (mostly 1-2 years). However, some companies hiring fresh graduates as their company full-time employees to work with them and learn as well.

Both provide the environment to learn, the difference is a casual full time have slightly starting salary than the graduate program.

In that case, which type of job should a fresh graduate go for?

Hi guys,

I am looking to buy the RTX3060 TI and filtered out two ideal gpu, which is:
Asus RTX3060TI 8GB DUAL OC
MSI RTX3060TI 8GB VENTUS 2X OC

Both almost the same price, RM2300 from c-zone.

Feel free to drop your recommendation on which one should I get. Thank you.
