Fund Transfer Failed

I am trying to transfer funds from my maybank2u to a corporate account on citybank(10 digits acc number) but keep getting error code 0089.
Tried instant transfer, giro transfer and transfer using atm (meps instant) but all failed.
anyone facing similar issue before?

Wifi Slow but link speed ok

I'm just install Dlink DWA-582 wifi adapter to my pc, but the internet speeds seems slow, not even half of Unifi speeds (500mbps)
May i know is this normal for this pci-e wireless adapter, The internet speed seems slow, mostly 15x- 200mbps only,

This is the best speedtest result i can get, on Firefox, around 200mbps

[Solved]New PC cannot Boot

Hi ,Can anyone help me on this?
I'm just assemble a PC, but the system cannot boot at all,
Once power on, no display, no beep sound, but cpu fan and casing fan is running, and led on motherboard is lights up.
Then I tried take it out, connect again outside the case, still the same.
May i know what is the problem? anything i missed?

When Powered ON: no display, no beep, just fan on

When taking ram off: also no beep sound, everything remain the same

Processor: AMD ATHLON 200GE
Motherboard: ASUS A320M-K
RAM: Kingston KVR24N17S6/4 4GB X2
SSD: Sandisk SSD PLUS 240gb
PSU: FSP Hexa+ II 400w
Chasis: X-Five

ATTEMPTS:
1. Take out from case, connect PSU : FAILED
2. Tried using other PSU(X-five 500w) :FAILED
3. CPU working fine on same model of motherboard from another store but newer batch with newer bios installed

4. Sent back to seller- update bios using older gen of AM4 processor: Problem Solved

Really a negative experience, I bought both Processor and Motherboard in a bundle set online.
Before shipping, I ask the seller whether bios will work out of the box or not before shipping, and i got mention suitable bios version for the processor also.
The seller said "it can support", but after received the items and assemble, problem comes. Ask the seller, he said it "maybe motherboard need to update the latest bios".
Then i ask him back isn't I inquire before he ship the item? (The reason I ask that is because i want to avoid this problem, and it really happens...)
He was impatient and ask me why i keep ask this question? Not even an apologize from him, and guest what he said, he said they have no idea for the version, sold so many boards how can they remember bios version...
He said he is helping to to solve problem....(ok, i am a unresonable customer ) ask me to request bios update from computer shop nearby, but it is hard to find a shop that able to update because need other processor, and 1 of the shop show me that their Motherboard of the same model can run my processor, means their stock is newer with newer bios installed, ryzen 2000 series ready label on the packing.
I tell the seller about this, he show his stupidity to me again, he send me a photo of some stickers of "Ryzen 2000 ready", said this is just the stickers.
What i the point of showing me this? means can just put the sticker on the packing?? If the motherboard is not flashed to newer version, there is no point to paste the sticker also right?
So i send it back to him, ask him to update bios for me, problem resolved. I'm not feeling grateful for his help, dunno why

Not Able to access Aztech FG7008GR setting page

Broadband provider
ISP/package: Unifi

Personal equipment
Modem: Huawei HG8240w
Router: Aztech FG7008GR(AC)

Problem description:
I can't open the following router set up pages:
http://192.168.1.254

Just receive a newly bought Router, plugged in the lan cable, but cannot access the router web UI.
Tried many times, only able to connected once, enter my unifi id and password but still not able to connect to internet(I think is because i didn't setup vlan in advance page).
Then i perform a reboot using the web UI, but after that, can't connect at all until now. all indicator lights are off except power.
Does these means this a faulty unit? how lucky am I

Even the SSID is different from the SSID on the router's sticker, and currently 2.4Ghz is not detectable, only can find 5Ghz, which can't be connect using the password.
Broadcasting SSID: Aztech7008-931E
SSID on router sticker: Aztech7008-847B
Key from router sticker also not working.

Tried reset the router(press the reset button and release after 10s), but doesn't seems to be working....

Any here can assist me? or any FG7008GR user here??
