Avoiding Prepaid Service to be Expired

Kindy remind to do top up before the expired sim date to avoid any interruption service.

Because why,once the number no topup even 1 day after sim expired,you cannot take back or reactive that number anymore.

So,please remind urself to do topup at least RM 5 once in a month to avoid that because new Hotlink plan given you only 50 day in grace period,while for older plan given you 90 day to do topup while in grace.

After sim expired,no other way to reactivate number.Sad.

For Unique number,special num (eg:4224/5115/5555/6464) and especially 012/017 with combination only 2 number,there no longer available after hotlink number expired.

You all can try for postpaid,but NO PROMISE at all. And the process to reactivate as postpaid might take longer time.

Maxis Hotlink Prepaid Top up - SST Dispute

Hi All,

I would like to clarify with the Maxis Hotlink.Start from 1 Sept 2018 all prepaid reload
imposed by SST deduction.

Then later,ministry already come out with the media release to exempted the Sst deduction.

Yet i didnt see any action taken by Maxis, while at other as per Celcom already make official statement will exempted their reload via The star online,and also they will payback the SST to customer who already top up start on 1 sept 2018.

So now,we urged to Maxis Hotlink management team to change the charge rule in immediate effect.

I know all user who still using Maxis Hotlink keep asking and complaining the same question prior today.

Please please please.Look Forward into action.
