Maxis Fibre - high packet loss when pinging

For the past one month, I notice that I have about 20% high packet loss. I am looking at my router log and it is showing me these data. Some friend told me it was due to maxis having to comply to MCMC DNS changes. Is that the real reason, because if it is, then there’s no way to fix this except to change ISP. I also have DNS over HTTP turned on in my router, although I don’t think that’s the cause. What can I do?

My router is set to ping 1.1.1.1 every hour. This resulted in showing 20% packet loss.

SpayLater RM55 Bundle

I am tempted to activate SPayLater to get the RM55 bundle but I am not sure how the bundle work. Do they give you RM55 into your Shopee Wallet or is it just a voucher? If it is a voucher, is it one vocher of RM55 or 11 vouchers of RM5 each? Some seller gives 10% discount voucher. Can I enjoy their 10% discount voucher and the RM55 voucher from SPayLater? Ideally, the best is to get RM55 into the wallet. Any insights will be appreciated.
