Finding legit visa agent for internship?

An acquaintance of mine (a student from abroad) is on his last semester of studies and will have to go for an internship this September. He intends to do this in Europe (specifically Poland or Portugal) and needs the services of a visa consultant for this. The issue is that this being Malaysia, there seems to be a lot of fraudulent ones floating around and he doesn’t know how to find the legitimate ones.

My questions are:
1. How does he go about finding visa agents/consultants he can trust?
2. Does anyone know of any agents for Portugal and Poland? I get the impression that different agents specialize in different countries.
3. Any other advice is greatly appreciated.

Traveling for CFA Exam during MCO?

I just wanted to ask for a friend, he’s got a CFA exam on the 31st of May, and it begins at 8AM. However, public transportation is said to also start at 8AM due to revisions in MCO guidelines. This would mean he won’t be able to get there on time. What are his options for travel? And how likely is it that the exam timing can/will be changed to a later time? Any advice and opinions are appreciated.

Best handmade gift for a gamer boyfriend?

My boyfriend is getting a brand new gaming PC this coming weekend, and I’d like to celebrate this milestone with him, but I’m quite strapped for cash. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can make for him? An arm rest? Herb roasted hazelnuts to snack on?
