switch disconnects

my 8 port switch located after ISP router often disconnect (usually 1-2x/day).

topology: Router ISP (huawei EG8245H5)-> 8port switch (tplink/tenda),
Router ISP (huawei EG8245H5) -> 16port switch -> devices.
My router is connected to 3 switches (different port on isp router)
16port switch is connected directly to my isp router with a single utp.

i have tried it different 8port switch tplink<->tenda but both intermittently disconnects.
i have tried to use different port on the switch and isp router.
i have tried connecting 16port switch to my 8port switch but same issue (Router->8port switch->16port switch)

if i remove the 8port switch after isp router, it will work fine no disconnection.
i need another switch connected to isp router for IP cameras and PC.

i have to power cycle (unplug plug) 8port switch and it will reconnect immediately.
ISP router = dhcp server (lease time 6 hours).
all switches are unmanaged.

currently i'm trying out 4port non gigabit switch to see if it will make a difference.
LAN1: PC
LAN2: 16port switch
LAN3: 4port switch
LAN4: 8port switch.
does port count matter with multiple switches?

Windows 7 in Slow motion

Sometimes my my PC runs in slow motion, while minimizing, maximing windows..
Once I restarted the pc, it runs normal again..
It happened to my pc twice..
any idea whats wrong? is it has something todo with win7? or my hardwares/softwares?
ive updated all my drivers to the latest..

Im getting a 24" LCD monitor.
My price range is between $200-$350.
I'll be using my monitor mostly for gaming(crysis,COD,WC3,RA3,C&C3), movies(720p/1080p), browsing, working on MS office.
Currently Im doing research on Dell S2409W.

Suggestions? 24" 1080 or 1200?

Alrite, here it goes.
Currently installed CM2X1024-6400C4 G ; XMS6404V2.1 XMS2 6400 800MHZ 4-4-4-12-2T 2.1v.

Then I recently purchased CM2X1024-6400C4 XMS6400 800MHZ 4-4-4-12-2T 2.1v.
I cant put them all together, my system won't get in to Windows vista load screen.

I thought those sticks are match, since they have same volt, timings, freq, type, maybe different chip?
Some sifu can give me some advise?
Coz I can't find CM2X1024-6400C4 G anymore anywhere on the online market.
There all are CM2X1024-6400C4. without 'G'.

Windows 7 made my Vista key invalid

After I installed windows 7 on my other partition, my windows vista ultimate 64bit become invalid, asks for activation, but could not activate it.
my vista key is OEM.
any of u guys experienced same problem?
any suggestions?

My files gone

omg omg omg..
what happen with my C:\Users\[my name]\Downloads?
Suddenly my files inside Downloads folder dissapeared, not all of them, but most of em.
I did system restore to yesterday (good condition), and it still doesnt solve this problem (still no files/folder in C:\Users\[my name]\Downloads).
And now, When I copied/downloaded files into this folder, it suddenly dissapeared after few minutes.
Are my hard disks corrupted? This never happen b4, just today.
And this is just happening to my C:\Users\[my name]\Downloads, other folders (music, picture, document, etc) are fine.
Im using vista ultimate, 250gb western digital 7200rpm 8gb cache x2 (raid - 0).

hacked USB drive

Bought 16GB usb drive from eBay, found out its fake 2GB hacked and appeared to be 16GB, get refund.
How can I change this USB drive size back to original(2GB) before the seller changed it to 16gb?

i cant sign out my yahoo messenger 8.1. when i click sign out or close, not responding comeout.
i am using windows vista.
this problem occur when I installed yahoo messenger for vista.
I tried to uninstall both version ady, but still, when I install yahoo messenger 8 or 9 beta,
sign out/close = not responding..
but when I install yahoo messenger for vista, this not responding doesnt occur on yahoo msgr for vista version when I pressed signout/close.

I have no idea how to overcome this. Ive tried to uninstalled all "yahoo" stuff, clean all "yahoo" registry, fixed all of my registry.
And reinstall yahoo messenger 8.1 (or) 9 beta,
but I still get the msg: yahoo messenger has stopped working ~debug~ ~close program~.

And now i am currently using yahoo msgr for vista without any errors. (uninstalled yahoo msgr 8)
Ps. I still can use yahoo messenger 8 or 9 beta smoothly (chat,cam, converence) if I dont press signout or exit. LoL.

any idea?

internet connection problem

im having a problem with my internet connection. most of the time its disconnected. im using suddenlink 5MB as my provider. the thing is, when im still playing game or chatting through msn/yahoo messenger, it still online and connected smoothly. but if i open new internet browser, it cant be displayed, or if i open other new application online, it cant connected thru internet. i tried to ping google.com or other sites, its pinging around 80ms with no timeout, while i cant browse internet. when i close my ping, then i tried to ping google.com or other sites again, i can ping no more. so i need to restart my modem and router, then i need to use "ipconfig /renew" to make it all runs smoothly again. This problem often occured. Its kinda annoying. do u guys know what cause this problem? and how to solve this? please sifu

ive heard some people are playing on their vista, but after i installed gg client, i cant see any games on LAN.
if some of you can play wc using gg client on vista, can tell me how to?
my connection is good. is gg client not compatible with vista yet?

Raid-0 hard disk?

since all of you already know, to make raid-0 configuration we have to use 2 identical hard disk(same brand,size,type).
my question is what kind of type have to be same on western digital?
currently im using 250gb western digital sata 2500jd 00fyb0.
do i have to find another exact 250gb western digital 2500jd 00fyb0 to make raid 0?
or can i just find 250gb western digital 2500jd sata with different "00fyb0" ? and what is this 00fyb0 means?
since 2500jd 00fyb0 is hard to find and its much more expensive than western digital 2500jd.
im just worry if i use 250gb 2500jd sata with different "part number" there will be a problem when i make raid-0 array in future.
