Hi guys,

There's a new project by Faber Vista with selling price of 300k by DBKL under RUMAWIP scheme. Another project in Sentul other than Sky Awani.

Here is the problem:

I am required to prepare a RM15k cheque under lawyer name: Satha & Co.

The problem is, the agent refuse to give me the receipt upon receiving the cheque and the reason is because the cheque is under lawyer's name.
I do receive a copy of stakeholder form with me. He told me that the lawyer will issue the receipt in a month time.

So is it safe for me to hand the cheque to the agent without receive any receipt?

Hi guys,

I accidentally hit a pot hole on Jalan Duta (Jalan Tunku Abdul Halim) last week and as a result my tyre is swollen and need to be replaced.

I heard from my friend that we can claim it from DBKL as they didn't maintain the road properly and results in damage to civilian's car.

Is it true and anyone ever did that before?

I'm planning to buy a new car. But between these 2 I can't decide which one.

Kia Rio SX = 80k - comes with push start button, 1.4cc, 109hp etc

Peugeot 208 5 doors - 86k - comes with LCD screen, no push start button, 122hp.

My main concern is the fuel consumption.

People told me that conti car is the best but the maintenance cost is high.

The price of 7770 and 6850 is about the same, so IDK which one should I buy.

I have an assignment which require me to identify the algorithm used to convert from the plaintext to the cipher text and no key was given.

The plain text : TO BE OR NOT TO BE THAT IS THE QUESTION…

can anyone help me.
My Kingston 8gb usb drive suddenly corrupted and windows identify my drive as Unknown Device.

I'm using Windows 7 x86 build 7600

The device didn't show up in both My Computer and Device Manager.

The data contained in the flash drive is important to me.

Anyone know how to recover the data or how to make windows detect my usb drive?
