Help! Opinions Wanted!

Hey all,

So I've been hunting for a laptop for some time now and am seriously thinking of getting either the Dell Studio XPS 16 or HP HDX 18T. Both fit my budget of rm7k so I'm in a dilemma over which one to pick. I need to know which is better for Adobe Photoshop (and other multimedia and animation appz like After Effects, Flash, Dreamweaver), watching movies, editing videos, surfing the net and playing some games. For the money I'm forking out, I'm not looking to change my laptop for a long time so I need something that's well-built and solid.

The specs for my configured Dell:

My main concern about the Dell is that it runs a little hot as stated in NotebookReview as I use my laptop for long hours and sometimes leave it on overnight, but if it's the better choice for me, I'll find some solution to keep it cool.

I've never had a Dell or HP laptop before and I know very little about specs so please help me! Which would be better for me?
