Opinions on Toshiba Lappies

At first I can't decide whether to get a Macbook or a Pc, and now, I can't make my mind whether Toshiba is my final decision. Any opinions from the pros out here? Im currently a graphic designer doing freelancing at home, I know it's a signature to own a Mac for designers and I'm a super huge fan of the Apple myself, but considering of the limitations to most applications and softwares and additional plug-ins and you name it, I'll have to wait till I get into a design company that provide me a Mac. In the meantime, I heard that Toshiba's are really long lasting and have checked out the price in retail.

I'm considering the M300-D4316 which is about RM4000++
Specs are:
Core 2 Duo p8700 2.53ghz
4GB Ram
320GB HDD
256Mb ATI RADEON HD3470
Window Vista Home Premium

Are there any better choices out there? Or really I should just turn to Mac instead? Feed me with opinions~

I am getting a "Bandwidth Exceeded" picture in place of my images,with photobucket.. how can this be settled??? all my pictures are no viewable!~

can anyone tell me why is this thing keep pooping out from my windows? It make the whole pc lag if i click yes, and the whole pc will hang after i click no, at last, i have to restart the bloody pc to start all over again.. its really torturous

removing software

I want to get rid of the pop of window during startup that needs u to log on with guest thing. Any advice on how?
