PSU Static sound when using external monitor

Recently bough a new PC, RTX 3070, i7 12700, Asus Prime B660M and power supply is 750W

I have a working laptop on the same desk with my PC which both are connected to the same monitor (work laptop HDMI 2, PC HDMI 2). There is a static sound coming off the PC PSU when i'm using the work laptop and playing audio off the monitor's speaker. unless i switch off the PSU for my PC.

The static sound can also be heard when i was gaming on headphone but not as long, the sound go away for abit when i unplug the working laptop from the same extension.

Hi, with this throttle stop setting, the cpu clock speed seems to settle around 3.4ghz and will not go any higher.

Tmp still between 82 to 85 and peak at around 95.

In the limit reason tab, PL1 and EDP others is constantly in red as well

Any idea what could be causing the cpu to max out at 3.4 ?

Backlight Bleed

Hi guys, I just brought a monitor yesterday and I tried to do the backlight bleed test can refer attached image.

Want to ask based on the image I attached how is mine ? not sure how to determine whether its good or bad

Image attached is more exposed, in real eye middle part no backlight bleed just the slide.

Hi, so i have a i7 8750h CPU, was playing around with throttlestop to reduce some heat for the CPU and was wondering how much effect does clock speed have for the FPS for a game.

Does 3.6ghz and 3.9ghz makes much difference in game at all ?
