1. IT Support
*Ability to identify issue faced by customer

*Maintain gateway health (inbound & outbound)

*Maintain outbound routing toward the Telco and TGA

2. Internal Development
*Able to work with short term and medium term deliverable.
*Assess and evaluate requirement from Account Manager and Sync on the requirement to follow the internal policy with internal policy team
*Perform UAT to verify the development and work with System administrator for deployment to production environment

Requirements:
*Knowledge in basic Java programming language and MySQL queries
*Java programming language (with Tiles & Struts 1 framework), knowledge in JMS and JBOSS 4 environment and MySQL queries
