TARC Fail & Out Appeal

I'm a diploma student, I should have graduated in 2017 but I got one more subject have to repeat, and 2 subject need to resit, and I just got back to TARC and study back in 2019, because I'm working in 2018 which mean I already studied for four years.

Now the problem is I still left one subject need to resit again because I failed that one subject again, and received a message from TARC asked me to appeal for Fail & Out status after exam results release in 7 days, I don't actually get what it means, it is still got opportunity for me to resit that one subject again? If so what I need to do?

Is your first job your ideal job? It is satisfy?

How many of you guys actually work for your first job as your ideal job and felt satisfy in the working environment? To be honest, my first job is my ideal job, but the working environment, the benefits, the boss and the attitude treat toward me and my colleagues made me lost my motivation, and the respect to the company. So I decided to find a new job, it is better for me compare working no motivation, any platform beside from Jobstreet recommended?

PC unable switch on, changed my PSU

Yesterday my computer automatically shut down, then cannot switch on anymore, before I changed my PSU no light no function at all, after I changed my PSU the switch on button got light, and the fans spin for 0.5second then totally stop there, so asking maybe the problem on PSU, motherboard or both?

Another question, my spec
Intel g4400 processor
Gtx1050
Motherboard (forgot)
PSU 550W
HDD 750
SDD 250

Asking it is worth to upgrade my processor to i5? Have the thoughts about upgrade current PC processor, or save money to buy higher spec pc

Wish to resign the job after my 3 months trial

So recently I found out that the company wouldn't offer me epf, which is promised when I was interviewed in the company, no socso, confirmation and offer letter as well, so does that mean there's no evidence to prove that how long I work in this company? One of my colleagues work here for almost 2 years, another colleague my friend work for like 10 months I guess, facing the same situation.

Let's back to the topic, I really wanted to resign from this job, but will this make me looks bad? Because I work in this company for almost 3 months only, it is my ideal job, but I felt like the job not as good as I thought, over amounts of physical activity(freight handling) than I thought, it is just too exhausting for me. Moreover, OT cannot claim (if have to OT, work 17 hours at least, because it is part of my job they said), if the schedule in that month are full, basically I have no free time(work weekend as well if necessary), salary will be RM2000+ after trial but it is not promised.

My colleague friend are going to resign as well, have the same issues with this company, before I apply this job he tried to prevent me apply this company, but I'm just too stubborn and still apply for the job, think that maybe it is just his partial opinion about the boss and the company. I believe that if my company offer and treat me well I will do my best to help the company become one of the best and develop well, but just not this boss and his company.

I would like to hear about you guys opinion, or any of you guys have the similiar experience can share with me?

Working in event company, no motivation

Just joined this event company almost a month, already felt like this job doesn't suit me well, maybe it is just my personal problem, maybe it is because working time is extremely not stable when there is an event happening on that day, from transfer the materials that need to build up venue(have to do the transportation twice, using a 4x4) , setting up the venue(build backdrop, background board by reuse the same board) to clear the venue(dismantle backdrop, background board so we can reuse the board AGAIN), and then travel from venue back to company just to put back all the material that can reuse for the next event, TWICE, so basically working 17 hours(9am-2am) a day, no extra money since verbally promised no extra pay on event day except claim petrol money, even one of my colleague complaint so much about the company almost the same as my experience, but along with complaint of bad management, boss's bad temper.

When i'm sitting in the office working all day long, actually the job is not that tough except when there's actually an event going on that week, but I still don't get any motivation to make me wanted to stay in this company, .

Currently the company make a transformation, turn an event company(anything about event included wedding) to business event planning company, are launching an Annual Dinner Package, then our job is call other companies phone and sell the package to them, but things doesn't go that well, because usually they don't have any interest to buy the package(company is small, only a few amounts of worker etc.), so the result is bad overall, none of us hit the target, even though hit target is not necessary, but company will give you pressure, and of course when open meeting every Friday is a nightmare for us. My boss keep remind us how successful he can be, and how many client he already solicited, but the mostly the clients is not actually solicited by him, in fact the client solicited by our company group(yes, he born with a silver spoon, and it is his father group of companies).

I really wanted to study and learn more from the company, since they actually can get big event project, but the ambience and condition of this company can't attract my willingness to stay, I have discuss with my brother, his suggestion for me is just stay there at least 3 month above, because bad image if I keep change my job in a short period of time, learn whatever I can in this company, some of my friend suggest that just leave as soon as possible, which is impossible for me.

Any thought? I would like to hear you guys out.

Apply for job interview but get rejected

Recently I applied a job interview from a event company, but today they come back a reply, said that currently their company are not looking for long term recruitment, but as far as I knew that their company actually working and rushing for event decoration, planning and been busy almost every week(cause one of my friend working in company), and the staff there only have 6-7person.

I think I still have the chance to get an interview in the company, now I'm going to reply the rejected message, any idea to rise the chance to get the interview?

Expected salary for Event Coordinator

How much usually Event Coordinator job get paid for? I'm talking about jobs like Event Planning/ Management that involve event like wedding and ceremony, not those Telemarketer/ Property/ Credit Card jobs.

Now waiting for replies from that Event Company, I have no working experience, and studying Diploma(kena barred, and 1 more subject on next year), usually how much salary they would like to pay for?

Hi guys, I'm looking for Event Coordinator job, all the platform such as JobStreet just don't work out, most of the recruitment basically only can apply if you have at least 1 year experience on this working field. I have no working experience, basically none of the job website work out for me.
