Reinstalling Windows

can some one direct me how to reinstall/reformat this laptop.......
the thing is when i bought this laptop it already have OS( Windows 7 Home Basic ). The seller said the OS is saved inside the hdd incase i wanna reformat this laptop. But i cant find the OS

please help.....

currently using viva 850 manual. but with family growing, so have to change to bigger car......
i am considering naza citra but actually know nothing about this car.......btw i am looking for a used citra not the new one......

1. 2005/2004 car price around RM35k......is it ok....?
2. main concern is how about FC......?

firstly my monitor start flickering.......
then when start game the screen become chaos with some artifact and dotted.....

dont know is this the right place to post.......

im gathering some ideas to decorate my house and im having trouble on how to pick the best paint to paint my house. through a few paint website eg ICI, NIPPON or Jotun they dont have some kind of place where we can experiment with the colours.

is there any sites that i could do that.......?
