Anyone else on government housing loan LPPSA

I realise they potong gaji more than actual payment and put it as Lebihan bayaran “advance payment” which will keep cumulating on the balance .

By a while it will reach 1k and it’s not used to offset the amount .
I wonder why is this so . Why can’t they just deduct actual amount

As we know government servants , you can apply cuti rehab , pelulus pertama and kedua
Once both luluskan , you booked your holiday

Can the cuti diluluskan dibatalkan or ditarik balik again ? If yes then whatever you booked will be wasted

Tried reading perintah am couldn’t find the part on cuti diluluskan ditarik balik

I have a >10 year old car, maybe 12 or 13 years d, kept at home. low mileage like 50k km only. front mounting used to make what seems like noise, when go over hump will have squeeking noise somehow many years later no noise d. and when cornering like the body roll not linear, when you started cornering, not much roll, then after a tipping point, suddenly whole car will just roll a lot. sent to one SC, said best since so old d, just change all 4 suspensions. When I say suspensions I mean complete set only excluding the coil spring . maybe around rm 2k plus, shy of 3k. I intend to refurbish this car to new condition.
Is it worth it? even with low mileage, as the car age, the suspensions will age as well right

Well my paternal n maternal grandparents side they do have lands and properties. However nothing came to my family side.
Story is say my father side, lots of orchards and cash but due to infightings n such, even ended up in court my dad decided to just cut off ties with them, let them fight among themselves. Dad said well just work extra few years can get back same amount. Not much maybe in in total 20 millions after dividing only few millions per person. So we don't have any relative we recognise from that side.
Mum side well as a female member is already a negative point, usually dun go to girls. That side a lot maybe close 9 figure of worth in land. Again as a female cannot get anything.
It's unfair as I see my cousins without lifting a finger , all already inherited millions. Whereas my family everyone studied well, each and everyone of us became professionals just to make a living.
I can't find a silver lining in this. Some may say well maybe money will make them lazier but then how true is that I wonder.

I hold a maybank amex visa. As I know I get zero benefit paying using this card.
However I heard of some cards that can do zero interest transfer. Any recommended ones
