From ps3 to atm2, what to expect?

Currently clocked my ps3 around 30kkm, saw my thread almost botak soon, planning to switch to goodyear atm2 as saw the review is pretty good. My tire size is 195/50R15 for proton saga. is goodyear atm2 good compared to ps3? price wise my ps3 is about 260/pcs last time.

Building a low cost gaming rig

Currently in planning to build a low cost gaming rig and all the parts will be taken from 2nd hand market.
The spec list as below:

Proc: Intel Core i5 4690k
Mobo: Asrock z97
RAM: 16gb hyper fury ddr3 (4x4gb)
SSD: 120gb ssd
GPU: AMD radeon rx470 sapphire nitro+ 4gb

Total cost around rm1.5k

Will this spec sufficient on full 1080p@60hz gaming? only play games like GTA V or dota 2. Thanks in advance!
