My house was old, original roof only front part got leak (not indoor). So I thought it was the time to replace whole new roof. I spent 20k-30k to change the roof top.
AND the problems starts here. At first few times, this "Kei Ko" still willing to come back to fix the leaking. But even-though he tried to fix, there's still multiples places leaking when raining.

After a while, "Kei Ko" not willing to come back and fix his shit. Talk rubbish like "This is not my problem" "It impossible for me to help you fix for your lifetime"
WTF? Obviously it was his problem, no skills, poor craftsmanship. There's no leaking before the old roof, now everywhere were leaking.
Bed wet, floor wet, cupboard wet. As if we're living in an old house, but worst, cos we spent 20k-30k to stay in an old house!

asking some legal question.

Can we sue a company that release my name at TrueCaller without my knowledge?
This is privacy invasion right?

I couldnt remove my name at truecaller because they published my name.
i wanna ask the property company to remove my name at true caller with legal advise.

Mi imlab ec2 problem

Hi guys,
I had this imlab e3 camera(wireless) that connects to hub gateway.

It had some problems like record for few days then suddenly stop record and can't view in xiaomihome. Need to plug in then it starts to run back, battery still full/still have battery.

I thought it was battery problem, send back for warranty. The seller send me whole new to replace.

But the same problem persist.

Try to click on off button on the camera, no light shown. Plug in charge got red light, check battery still have 100%. When plug in can view in mi app, unplug then cannot view.

I used it for 10 months, not much problem. Only this problem show up recently and very headache

Anyone know what's happen and how to resolve? Thanks

Conis dropping every night.ritual?

The new housemate drops coins every night and I have no idea why. At first I didn’t bother much, just felt weird why every time also have dropping coins sound. But after mention to mom, she said need to be careful. Since she won’t change her cloth outside, why will there be dropping coins from the pocket? I’ve try to go out and see what she’s doing when I heard the noise, and she seems alert and stop what she’s doing. Then after I go back to the room and I heard coins dropping sound again.
Now that I’m worry is she doing some ritual thingy? Anyone have any idea if there’s coins dropping ritual(?)

Buying house price higher than selling

Hi all masters,
I want to know, if buy a house price are higher than selling, would it consider lose money?
Still having loan with bank.

Recently I got the key to the condo, and briefly search on internet. people are letting go their condo lower than the original price.
If losing money, why people do that?
If its not, means letting go asap with lower is a good idea?
