i know a lot of people are gonna troll, "if you have to ask means you cannot afford", but i wanna ask MINI owners here about average maintenance cost for the car annually AFTER free service and warranty.
maintenance, insurance, repair etc. if it exceed my budget then i might just go for japan car instead. but head big la so trying to wear big hat.

I got call from a Korporal Hafizul from IPD Brickfields saying someone reported me for a fraudulent bank account i have with RHB. I dont have RHB Bank Account. I called to IPD Brickfields to confirm they indeed have a Korporal Hafizul there. But my friend said it was a scam? Have you guys met something similar? Do i go make a statement or no ?

final update : the officer is real, the case is real. so if police call you or text you to meet at balai its legit.

so me and my friends are planning to bid for a unit in auction next month, i already had 1 condo under my name and he has 2 , so if i recall correctly, if we join name to apply this loan the loan margin will only be 70%, since it's his 3rd house. so i planned to use my own name for the loan, but house title will have 2 names. so if like this , the bank will still only provide 70% loan cause my friend's name is in the title? or 90% because it's my 2nd house loan.

before you ask, he is someone i trust so i don't mind taking the loan and worrying about him running away, and i won't bankrupt from the loan.
