Workshop recommend to check current leak

been to a workshop to check on dashcam, radio and canbus, alternator, ECU, still cant trace the issue.
fuses pulled one by one from enginebay and driver side, still currentleaking

any workshop recommended to check? looking for a good workshop to check on this, if possible near kepong.
asked 2 workshop around my area but they dont do not sure why.

CTOS Vehicle check is FAKE

my car got total loss on April 2023, then today i receive a text from a car dealer in Johor ask me to go to JPJ to do thumbprint transfer name.
i was like huh?
then i go CTOS and check vehicle plate and VIN number. it appears all good.
so i wasted RM12 for 2 reports which doesn't do anything.

posting this to raise awareness.

Radio and Alarm beep not working

Anyone had this issue before?
After changing a new battery, car is able to start but radio and the alarm when i lock and unlock the car use to have beep sound now is gone.

suspect is one of the fuse pop, but i checked all the fuse and swapped with other fuse with same amp.
checked the fusebox behind the glove compartment and enginehood behind the battery also, all fuse is good.
also checked the radio unit, is working just that the constant 12v (yellow wire) to the radio there is no power from there thus the radio wont turn on, but i dont know which fuse is tied to
the 12v power wire (red wire) does have power.

Apacer ssd warranty claim

i bought 7 apacer ssd from shopee, after 1 year usage, ot of 7, 5 already unable to detect.
since is over 1 year, the shop wont provide warranty, i only can go to manufacturer to claim warranty.

any idea where is Apacer warranty claim office?

suspect my ECU got issue, hard to start when its hot, cold start no issue.
checked and replaced alot of parts still no solve.

then theres few they promote their own fuel additive that claims to clean the piston carbon.
price is around RM60 for 6 bottles including shipping to Malaysia, so decided to give it a try.

H elantra 2014, 1.8L, ODO around 92,000km
50% city 50% highway

bought a cheap piston camera and took pictures before and after the "treatment"
1 bottle per fuel tank, i refuel my tank when it left 20-40%, after each refuel i add a bottle.
driven around 2500km with the fuel additive

impact on driving/ throttle response : nothing
weird noise on engine : no
piston cleaning effectiveness: you tell me
fuel consumption improved ? : no infact it got worse after i using the additive, but its because of my engine oil, after i replaced the oil it feels great again. but my engine oil used was shell helix ultra fully synthetic, only got 5k mileage on it.

i normally service my car every 7k km and it doesnt feels heavy before i service.. so i dont know

starter repair for ninja ex250-L

Hi all bros,

it appears that my starter is going to kaput, each morning need to press alot of times only the starter will crank, suspect the culprit is the carbon brush already kong.
is there any shop that provide / replace the carbon brush?
original starter cost a fortune, "original from japan" carbon brush itself already RM220+
or should i go for whole starter assembly, a OEM starter NK brand cost RM165

i only see 10w-30 semi synthetic nissan ori from the market.
rarely seen any diesel car using fully synthetic oil (or i never heard of?)

can i use 5w-30 fully synthetic like liquimoly or shell helix ultra in navara d23?

current projector lense is a joke, aftermarket from eagleeye, tho asthetic is nice.
not the bulb issue, i tried alot of types of LED/bulb/HID still worst than my factory ones.

wanted to try modding projector lense, got quoted starting from 1.8k-3k depend on the lense i pick.

whats the price for a pair and how long does it last?

i asked few shops, quoted for RM150-RM200 a pair.
some say 5 years but warranty giv 1 month only.
then some giv warranty 6 month but only last around 2 years.
then theres this,4 layer coating, which i assume is spray paint 4 layer clearcoat?

AIO liquid cooler growing stone?

CPU suddenly perform very slow and laggy, checked HWMonitor found CPU temp reaching 90%

checked fan all spinning, pump also spinning, after open saw all these weird stuff.
some kind of small stone shape but not hard, just like pimple. so i cleared it and put it back, it works.
But few weeks later it came back and the same weird stoneshape thing appears inside the cooler again.
cleared it and put back again for now, give up on AIO, purchased online - stick back to 4 coppertube fan cooling.

AIO used for around 16months. PC not daily using , normally turn on pc 2 or 3 times per week. sometime didnt turn on at all for 1 or 2 weeks. no heavy gaming too, normally youtube.
is this a known issue or its the product problem?
